| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨下颌神经干射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的方法和疗效。方法 选取24例三叉神经痛（第3支）患者局麻下行下颌神经穿刺，电生理测试位置准确后给予60 ℃-70 ℃-75 ℃-80 ℃射频热凝。结果 穿刺成功率为100.0%，优良率为95.8%（23/24），常见并发症为面部感觉减退，2例出现穿刺局部肿胀，1例出现张口轻微受限。术后1年随访，3例8个月后复发。结论 下颌神经干行射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛是一种操作方便、创伤小、安全有效的方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the methods and the effect of mandibular nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Twenty-four patients with trigeminal neuralgia underwent puncture of the mandibular nerve under local anesthesia, after accurate positioning by electrophysiological test, treated by 60 ℃-70 ℃-75 ℃-80 ℃ radiofrequency thermocoagulation.Results The success rate of mandibular nerve puncture was 100.0%. Excellent and good rate was 95.8%(23/24). Common complication was hypoesthesia of face. Local swell was found in 2 cases, mild opening limitation in 1 case. The patients were followed up for 1 year after operation, relapse was found in 3 cases after 8 months.Conclusion The treatment of trigminal neuralgia by mandibular nerve radiofrequency thermocoagulation is a microinvasive, safe and effective treatment method. |
