| ［摘要］ 小细胞肺癌一线治疗缓解后复发较快，复发后易出现多药耐药，以致部分患者二线治疗的敏感性较差。近年来一些化疗药及新的靶向药物被运用于小细胞肺癌维持治疗的研究，但维持治疗在小细胞肺癌治疗中的作用及地位仍是众多学者争论的焦点。该文综述了近年来小细胞肺癌维持治疗的研究进展。 |

| ［Abstract］ Small cell lung cancer relapses after first-line chemotherapy quickly, it induces multidrug resistance after recurrence easily,so that part of the patients is less sensitive to the second-line treatment. In recent years,some chemotherapies and new targeted drugs were used in research of maintenance therapy of small cell lung cancer, but the function and status of maintenance therapy in small cell lung cancer are still debated. In this paper, the research progress on the maintenance therapy of small cell lung cancer is reviewed. |
