| ［Abstract］ In recent years, with improvement of people′s living standards, the morbidity of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）and impaired glucose tolerance is increasing. Consequently, the perinatal mortality, morbidity, as well as the obstetric complications are growing in number. This review will focus on the morbidity, outcome of GDM, along with home nursing intervention measure for postnatal GDM patients. |
