| ［摘要］ 目的 研究甲状腺激素水平在急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者治疗前后的变化情况。方法 对82例AMI患者，在治疗前后用ACCESS化学发光仪及配套试剂检测甲状腺激素水平，并对结果进行统计对比分析。结果 AMI患者治疗前甲状腺激素T3、FT3、TSH水平偏低值与治疗后差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 甲状腺激素水平与疾病严重程度及预后有一定的相关性，对AMI诊治和预后评价有一定的临床价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the change of the serum thyroid hormones level in the patients with acute myocardial infarction before and after treatment.Methods In 82 patients with acute myocardial infarction,the serum thyroid hormones level were determined by ACCESS chemiluminescence apparatus before and after the treatment,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results In the patients with the acute myocardial infarction,T3,FT3,TSH level was low before the treatment and significantly increased after the treatment,there was a remarkable difference before and after the treatment（all P<0.01）.Conclusion The serum thyroid hormones level is relative to the severity of the disease,and the determination of serum thyroid hormones level has certain clinic value for the evaluation of treatment and prognosis of AMI. |
