| ［摘要］ 目的 探索适合医院手术预防使用抗菌药物干预模式。方法 选取乳腺、甲状腺、疝气手术作为研究对象，使用宣传教育、监督管理等方法进行干预，比较干预前中后抗菌药物的使用情况。结果 干预后较干预前抗菌药物品种的选择趋于合理，用药疗程有所减少，住院患者抗菌药物的费用减少，而感染发生率未升高。结论 行政干预是最有效的干预方式。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore a set of scientific methods of perioperative antibacterial administration which are suitable for our hospital.Methods Selecting the operation of mammary gland,thyroid gland and hernia as the research objects,publicizing the Guiding principles for clinical application of antibacterial to the surgeons and patients and intervening in antibacterials perioperative application,then the conditions of antibacterials application before,during and after intervention were compared.Results The kinds of antibacterials after operation were more rational than before. The time of administration were shortened. The antibacterials costs of pure discectomy patients were lower than before, while the ratio of postoperative infection did not raise.Conclusion Administrative intervention is the most effective intervention. |
