| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨地屈孕酮和保胎无忧片分别治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择住院治疗的早期先兆流产132例，按随机数字表法分为A组和B组各66例，两组患者均给予常规保胎治疗，A组给予口服地屈孕酮片，B组则口服保胎无忧片。观察两组患者治疗前后绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）水平变化、临床症状缓解时间和消失时间、药物不良反应、保胎成功率、妊娠期和分娩期并发症及新生儿不良结局发生率。结果 (1)两组HCG升高水平、临床症状缓解时间和消失时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。(2)A组保胎成功率为90.9%，B组为92.4%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。(3)B组药物不良反应发生率比A组明显降低（P<0.05）。（4）两组妊娠期和分娩期并发症发生率及新生儿不良结局发生率比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 地屈孕酮及保胎无忧片应用于早期先兆流产的治疗，均获得满意的疗效。但保胎无忧片药物不良反应发生率明显降低，更适合基层医院的临床应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate effect and safety of dydrogesterone and Baotai wuyou tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion clinical curative.Methods According to random number table, 132 cases of early threatened abortion patients were divided into group A and group B （each group=66）in our hospital. All patients were given routine tocolytic therapy, in addition, group A were given oral dydrogestrone, group B was given Baotai wuyou tablets. Two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment about human chorionic gonadotropin ( HCG ), time of remission and disappearance time, adverse drug reactions, Baotai success rate, incidence of pregnancy and delivery complications and adverse neonatal outcome.Results HCG, time of remission and disappearance time had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05); Baotai success rate of group A was 90.9%, group B 92.4%, there was no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05); The incidence of adverse drug reactions in group B was obviously lower than group A (P<0.05); There were no statistical significant difference in incidence of pregnancy and delivery complications and adverse neonatal outcome between the two groups of pregnancy(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of dydrogesterone and Baotai wuyou tablets in the early treatment of threatened abortion is satisfactory. Adverse drug reaction rate of Baotai wuyou tablets is relatively low, and is more suitable for using widely in basic hospital. |
