| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨宫腔镜联合补佳乐治疗难治性宫内妊娠物残留的临床疗效。方法 将难治性宫内妊娠物残留患者65例按入院先后顺序分为治疗组（35例）和对照组（30例）。治疗组行宫腔镜直视下清除宫内残留妊娠物，对照组行传统的盲视清宫术。观察两组术后治愈率、术中出血量、术后阴道出血时间、月经恢复时间及术后宫腔宫颈管粘连情况。结果 两组治疗后五项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 宫腔镜联合补佳乐治疗难治性宫内妊娠物残留效果显著，操作简单，安全，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To probe into the clinical effect of hysteroscope combined with progynova in curing refractory intrauterine pregnancy residues.Methods Thirth-five patients with the refractory intrauterine pregnancy residues in the treatment group were treated by hysteroscope combined with progynova；another 30 patients in the control group were treated by traditional invisible therapy.These two groups were compared from the aspect of their postoperative cure rate, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative vaginal bleeding duration, menstruation recovery and postoperative cervical intrauterine adhesions.Results The disparity in the comparison between two groups is significant statistically (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The effect of the treatment group was better that of the control group.Conclusion The therapy of hysteroscopy combined with progynova has notable effect in the cure of refractory intrauterine pregnancy residues, and it is a simple and safe operation, and worthy of the spread in clinical application. |
