| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的安全性和疗效。方法 回顾性分析该院经过GP方案（吉西他滨联合顺铂）治疗的68例晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床资料。对68例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用吉西他滨1 000 mg/m2静脉滴注，第1天和第8天，顺铂25 mg/m2，静脉滴注，第1～3天，21～28 d为一个周期，2个周期后对患者病情进行一次疗效评价。结果 68例患者中完全缓解（CR）4例(5.9%)，部分缓解（PR）27例(39.7%)，稳定（SD）33例(48.5%)，进展（PD）4例(5.9%)，总有效率为45.6%（31/68）；鳞癌有效率为46.7%(14/30)，腺癌有效率为52.6%(20/38)。缓解期为(4.6±3.4)个月，1年生存率为44.1%（30/68）。结论 吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好，副作用小，临床上值得推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the safety and efficacy of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 68 patiens with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treat with GP program(gemcitabine combined with cisplatin) in our hospital. Sixty-eight patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with gemcitabine 1 000 mg/m2 intravenous drip, on the day 1 and the day 8，Cisplatin 25 mg/m2, intravenous drip from the day 1 to day 3, 21～28 days were used for a cycle. After two cycles the curative effects were evaluated.Results Of 68 patients CR was found in 4 patients(5.9%), PR in 27 patients(39.7%), SD in 33 patients(48.5%), PD in 4 patients(5.9%), the total effective rate was 45.6%(31/68); the effective rate of Squamous cell carcinoma was 46.7%(14/30), gland carcinoma’s was 52.6%(20/38). Clinical remission was (4.6±3.4)months, 1 year survival rate was 44.1%(30/68).Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with cisplatin for advanced non-small cell lung cancer has good curative effect, little side effects, and is worthy to be spreaded clinical. |
