| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨双侧经皮肾镜取石治疗双侧输尿管上段结石的有效性及安全性。方法 选择双侧输尿管上段结石21例，采用同期双侧经皮肾镜取石治疗。结果 2例患者因重度积水，输尿管受压畸形狭窄，逆行插管未能超越输尿管结石，而腔镜进入收集系统后也始终无法找到肾盂而中转开放手术，其余19例均一期完全清除结石，清石率达90.5%。术中出血量为40～100 ml,平均70 ml。手术时间80～130（105±16） min。术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论 双侧经皮肾镜取石治疗双侧输尿管上段结石安全有效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment of the bilateral upper ureterolithiasis by bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods Twenty-one patients with bilateral upper ureterolithiasis were treated by bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Results Nineteen cases were successful ，2 cases were converted to open surgery because of difficulty in localizing the stones.The first stage stone clearance rate was 90.5%，the efficacy was very satisfing. The blood loss was 40 to 100 ml, with an average of 70 ml. The operation time was 80～130 min,with an average of （105±16）min.No major complications were found.Conclusion Treatment of the bilateral upper ureterolithiasis by bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy is an effective and safe method. |
