| ［摘要］ 白癜风的病因病机复杂，目前常规治疗疗效皆不理想。这些常规治疗方法的副作用和低效性常常影响患者的依从性，使其临床实用性降低。为对该症的临床治疗和临床研究提供有效依据，通过搜索近5年发表的相关研究，发现中西医结合治疗白癜风可以缩短治疗时间、减少不良反应的发生，具有较好的疗效。该文概述了中西医结合治疗白癜风的方法，以期为临床治疗提供参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ Previous studies show that vitiligo is a complex disease. Though routine therapies are important for the treatment of vitiligo, side effects and poor efficacy affect their applications and patients′ compliance. To provide an effective basis for the clinical therapy and clinical research of vitiligo, we searched the related articles published in recent 5 years, and found that western medicine combining with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was effective in the treatment of vitiligo with shorter time of treatment and lower incidence of adverse reactions. This study mainly summarizes the relative researches of vitiligo treated by western medicine combining with TCM and provides an effective approach and reference for the clinic treatment. |
