| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨MiR-3182在鼻咽癌中的表达及与远处转移的关系。方法 用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测89例鼻咽未分化非角化性癌（鼻咽癌）组织中MiR-3182的表达情况，分析其表达强度与远处转移和预后的关系。结果 鼻咽癌组织表达MiR-3182，其表达强度，有远处转移者明显高于无转移者（P<0.01)，无瘤生存期(DFS)<3年者明显高于DFS≥3年者(P<0.01)。结论 MiR-3182在鼻咽癌远处转移过程中可能起重要作用，并对预后有一定的影响，其相关分子机制有待进一步研究。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the expression patterns and the significances of distant metastasis and prognosis of MiR-3182 innasopharygeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods The expressions of MiR-3182 in 89 cases with nasopharygeal carcinoma were detected by real time RT-PCR. The relation between the expression and distant metastasis of NPC and its prognosis were analyzed.Results The expressions of MiR-3182 were found in all of the tissues of nasopharygeal carcinoma. The expression level of MiR-3182 in nasopharygeal carcinoma in the group with distant metastasis was significantly higher than that in the group without distant metastasis（P<0.01）. The expression of MiR-3182 in the group with DFS<3 years was significantly higher than that in the group with DFS≥3 years（P<0.01）.Conclusion MiR-3182 may play a key role in distant metastasis of nasopharygeal carcinoma and is associated with poor prognosis. |
