| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨纤维蛋白原、血清肌钙蛋白T水平与冠脉狭窄程度的相关性。方法 选择经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的患者500例，以Gensini积分法评价冠脉狭窄程度。检测所有患者的纤维蛋白原及血清肌钙蛋白T水平，并分别对纤维蛋白原浓度、肌钙蛋白T水平及与冠脉病变狭窄程度进行单因素方差分析及相关性分析。结果 随着Gensini积分的升高，纤维蛋白原、血清肌钙蛋白T水平逐渐升高，且二者呈正相关，相关系数为0.638，P<0.01。结论 纤维蛋白原、肌钙蛋白T与冠脉狭窄程度密切相关，两者联合检测对临床评估冠脉病变有一定的临床意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the correlation between the the levels of fibrinogen and troponin T and the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Methods Five hundred patients were collected and were diagnosed with coronary heart diseases by coronary angiography, and the degree of coronary stenosis was evaluated by Gensini score. The levels of fibrinogen and troponin T were detected in all the patients. Single factor analysis was performed and the correlation between the levels of fibrinogen, troponin T and the degree of stenosis of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed.Results With the increase of Gensini score, the levels of fibrinogen and troponin T increased gradually, and the correlation coefficient was 0.638(P<0.01).Conclusion Both fibrinogen and troponin T are closely related to the degree of coronary stenosis. The combination of fibrinogen and troponin T is significant to evaluate the degree of coronary lesions. |
