| ［摘要］ 眼附属器黏膜相关性淋巴组织淋巴瘤是一类恶性程度低的B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤，可发生在结膜、泪腺、眼眶和眼睑等多个部位，不仅影响到眼的正常功能，而且大大降低了患者的生活质量。目前的治疗方法主要有手术切除、放疗、化疗、根除鹦鹉热衣原体(Cps)的抗生素治疗及免疫治疗等。该文对眼附属器黏膜相关性淋巴组织淋巴瘤的治疗进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Ocular adnexal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma is a class of low malignant B cell non Hodgkin′s lymphoma, which occurs in many parts of the human body, such as conjunctiva, lacrimal gland, eye and eyelid. It affects not only normal function of eyes, but also the quality of life. The current treatment methods include surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, antibiotic to eradicate Chlamydia psittaci(CPS), and immune therapy. In this paper, we review the treatment progress of ocular adnexal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma. |
