| ［摘要］ 目的 探索一种新的方法以降低成人腹股沟疝术后腹股沟区血清肿的发生率。方法 回顾性分析该中心2015-06～2015-11收治的20例单侧腹股沟疝患者行腹腔镜无张力修补联合疝囊高位结扎术的病例资料。结果 所有患者手术顺利，术后无血清肿发生。随访1～4个月，无睾丸鞘膜积液或精索鞘膜积液发生。结论 腹腔镜无张力修补联合疝囊高位结扎术治疗腹股沟疝可能会解决术后血清肿并发症问题，尚需要大样本、更长时间的随访来论证其可行性、安全性和有效性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore a method of reducing the complications of inguinal seroma after the surgery of inguinal hernia repair.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 20 cases who were treated by laparoscopically inguinal hernia repair with high site ligation of hernial sac.Results All the operations were performed successfully on the patients. Seroma and hydrocele of tunica vaginalis were not found with a follow-up of 1 to 4 months.Conclusion High site ligation of hernial sac in laparoscopically inguinal hernia repair may be a good way to reduce the complications of seroma after inguinal hernia repair. However more data and a longer following-up are needed to prove its feasibility, safety and effectiveness. |
