[摘要] 目的 探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及白细胞介素-35(IL-35)在急性脑梗死患者中的表达及临床意义。方法 选择急性脑梗死(ACI)患者44例(ACI组)及同期正常人40名(对照组),分别检测两组研究对象血清MMP-9和IL-35的浓度并进行比较。结果 脑梗死组患者血清MMP-9水平明显高于对照组,血清IL-35水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑梗死与炎症反应密切相关,MMP-9和IL-35可能在急性脑梗死缺血性炎性损伤中具有重要作用。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and interleukin-35(IL-35) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) were collected as ACI group, and 40 healthy people were taken as the control group. The serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-35 were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The serum level of IL-35 in ACI group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The serum level of MMP-9 in ACI group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebral infarction is closely associated with inflammatory reaction. MMP-9 and IL-35 may play a critical role in the mechanism of ischemical inflammation injury of cerebral infarction. |
