| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）及白细胞介素-35（IL-35）在急性脑梗死患者中的表达及临床意义。方法 选择急性脑梗死（ACI）患者44例（ACI组）及同期正常人40名（对照组），分别检测两组研究对象血清MMP-9和IL-35的浓度并进行比较。结果 脑梗死组患者血清MMP-9水平明显高于对照组，血清IL-35水平显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 脑梗死与炎症反应密切相关，MMP-9和IL-35可能在急性脑梗死缺血性炎性损伤中具有重要作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significances of serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and interleukin-35(IL-35) in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Forty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) were collected as ACI group, and 40 healthy people were taken as the control group. The serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-35 were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The serum level of IL-35 in ACI group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The serum level of MMP-9 in ACI group was significantly higher than that in the control group（all P<0.05）.Conclusion Cerebral infarction is closely associated with inflammatory reaction. MMP-9 and IL-35 may play a critical role in the mechanism of ischemical inflammation injury of cerebral infarction. |
