| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨采用腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）合并不孕的疗效。方法 选取2012-03～2014-03该院妇产科收治的64例PCOS合并不孕患者，根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组，每组32例，分别给予B超下经阴道卵泡穿刺术治疗和腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗，观察两组疗效。结果 两组黄体生成素（LH）、LH/卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）与治疗前比较均显著下降（P<0.05），而观察组下降更为明显（P<0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组FSH稍上升，雌二醇（E2）稍下降（P>0.05）；观察组术后妊娠率、自然排卵率较对照组明显升高（P<0.05），而流产率较对照组明显降低（P<0.05）。结论 PCOS合并不孕患者采取腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗，临床疗效显著，妊娠率高，具有推广价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of applying laparoscopic ovarian drilling on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) complicated with infertility.Methods 64 women with PCOS complicated with infertility were treated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital. They were divided into the control group(n=32) and the observation group(n=32) according to the different treatments. Type-B ultrasound transvaginal follicle puncture and laparoscopic ovarian drilling were applied to the control group and the observation group respectively. The effects of the operations were compared between the two groups.Results LH, LH/FSH and T were decreased in both of the two groups obviously compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05), however, LH, LH/FSH and T were decreased more obviously in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with those before the treatment, FSH increased and E2 decreased slightly in both of the two groups(P>0.05). The postoperative pregnancy and natural ovulation rates of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the abortion rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian drilling is effective for the patients suffering from PCOS complicated with infertility. |
