| ［摘要］ 目的 分析宫颈癌患者血清蛋白磷酸酯酶2A（PP2A）的水平及活性变化，为临床早期诊断提供参考依据。方法 选取该院就诊的32例宫颈癌患者和高危人乳头瘤病毒（hsHPV）感染者30例，同期选取体检健康女性30名作为对照组，采用酶联免疫吸附法测定入组对象PP2A水平，并通过酶活性测定试剂盒对PP2A活性进行测定。结果 hsHPV组和宫颈癌组血清PP2A水平及活性显著低于对照组（P<0.05），且宫颈癌组PP2A水平及活性显著低于hsHPV组（P<0.05）。结论 宫颈癌患者血清PP2A表达水平和酶活性均下降，PP2A可作为临床早期诊断宫颈癌的实验室检查潜在标志物。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the activity of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A) for early diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods Thirty-two patients with cervical cancer and 30 patients with high-risk human papilloma virus infections were collected as the research subjects, and 30 healthy females were taken as the control group. The levels of PP2A were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and the enzyme live kit, respectively.Results The levels of PP2A and the activity of hsHPV in the patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in the patients of the control group(P<0.05), and the levels of PP2A in patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in the patients with hsHPV(P<0.05).Conclusion The activity of PP2A in the patients with cervical cancer is significantly decreased, and PP2A can be used as a potential marker for early diagnosis of cervical cancer. |
