| ［Abstract］ In recent years, some studies have found that hyperhomocysteinemia plays an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. The characteristics and metabolic pathways of homocysteine and the pathogenic mechanism and the treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia in cerebrovascular diseases are reviewed in this paper. |
