| ［摘要］ 重症妊娠期急性脂肪肝易导致产妇出现急性肝功能衰竭，病死率高。传统内科治疗效果差，病死率高，应用人工肝技术治疗妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者取得了良好的效果，提高了患者生存率，改善预后。该文对人工肝技术在重症妊娠期急性脂肪肝中的应用研究进展作一简要综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Acute fatty liver of pregnancy can lead to acute hepatic function failure with a high mortality rate when treated with conventional medical therapy. The application of artificial liver in acute fatty liver of pregnancy(AFLP) elevates the survival rate and improves the prognosis. We briefly review the progress of artificial liver in the treatment of AFLP in this paper. |
