| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨柔肝养血润筋立法方治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果。方法 选取该院2015-01～2017-01诊治的100例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组50例。对照组采用常规关节注射治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合柔肝养血润筋立法方剂进行治疗，观察分析两组治疗效果及其VAS、HSS评分。结果 研究组的疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），治疗后两组的VAS评分和HSS评分均有所改善（P<0.05），但研究组的VAS评分较对照组明显降低（P<0.05），HSS评分较对照组明显增高（P<0.05）。结论 膝骨性关节炎患者采用柔肝养血润筋立法方进行治疗，治疗效果较好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rouganyangxuerunjinlifafang on knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from January 2015 to January 2017, and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment of joint injection. The study group received the same treatment as the control group plus Rouganyangxuerunjinlifafang. The clinical effects, VAS and HSS scores were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group(92%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(78%)(P<0.05). After treatment, VAS and HSS scores were improved in both of the two groups(P<0.05), but VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and HSS score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rouganyangxuerunjinlifafang has better clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis. |
