经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路与经肱三头肌两侧入路内固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折疗效比较

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 比较经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路与经肱三头肌两侧入路内固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的疗效。方法 将该院2012-03~2015-03收治的98例肱骨远端C型骨折患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路内固定治疗,观察组采用经肱三头肌两侧入路内固定治疗。比较两组术后肘关节功能与围术期情况。结果 观察组肘关节功能优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组围术期情况较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 经肱三头肌两侧入路较经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路内固定治疗肱骨远端C型骨折具有显著优势,有助于改善肘关节功能,值得临床应用。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the curative effects of the olecranon osteotomy and bilateral triceps brachii approach internal fixation on the treatment of type C fractures of distal humerus.Methods 98 patients with type C fractures of distal humerus who were admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with olecranon osteotomy by internal fixation, and the observation group by bilateral triceps brachii approach. The function of elbow joint and the perioperative period were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of elbow function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement during the perioperation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Internal fixation by the bilateral triceps brachii approach has more advantages in improving the elbow function than the olecranon osteotomy approach for the patients with type C distal humeral fractures.
