| ［摘要］ 目的 观察米非司酮联合高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法 选取该院2015-05～2016-05收治的92例子宫腺肌病患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各46例。对照组仅使用HIFU治疗，观察组在HIFU治疗基础上口服米非司酮，对比两组患者疗效、痛经程度以及月经变化情况。结果 观察组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的疼痛程度、月经期、月经量均改善，且观察组疼痛程度与对照组相比较轻，月经期较对照组短，月经量较对照组少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 米非司酮与HIFU联合治疗子宫腺肌病具有更佳的临床效果，可有效缓解痛经，缩短月经期，减少月经量。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) on treatment of adenomyosis. Methods 92 patients with adenomyosis were selected in our hospital From May 2015 to May 2016 and were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HIFU only. The observation group received mifepristone plus HIFU treatment. The curative effect, degree of dysmenorrhea and the changes of menstruation were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the degree of pain, menstrual period, menstruation were improved in both of the two groups, and the improvements of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with HIFU has a better clinical effect on the treatment of adenomyosis. It can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea, shorten the period of menstruation and reduce the amount of menstruation. |
