不同剂量铁氰化锰纳米对比剂对磁共振大鼠肝脏增强扫描效果比较

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 比较不同剂量铁氰化锰纳米对比剂对磁共振大鼠肝脏增强扫描的效果,分析肝脏强化程度与注射剂量的关系,探讨铁氰化锰纳米对比剂对大鼠肝脏增强效果的最佳注射剂量。方法 将健康雄性SD大鼠36只随机分为6组,每组6只,经尾静脉注射不同剂量的铁氰化锰纳米,剂量分别为20 μmol/kg、25 μmol/kg、30 μmol/kg、50 μmol/kg、80 μmol/kg、150 μmol/kg体重。注射前后分别对大鼠肝脏进行T1WI(TR=100 ms,TE=7.6 ms)序列扫描,采用单因素方差分析比较不同剂量注射剂增强后肝脏信噪比(SNR),采用两两比较LSD法对各注射剂量的差异进行分析。结果 20 μmol/kg、25 μmol/kg、30 μmol/kg、50 μmol/kg体重注射剂量增强后肝脏SNR依次升高,50 μmol/kg体重达到高峰,80 μmol/kg、150 μmol/kg体重注射剂量组肝脏SNR有所下降。结论 铁氰化锰纳米对比剂50 μmol/kg体重注射剂量时肝脏SNR最高,为肝脏增强效果最佳的注射剂量。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the best injecting dose for enhancement effect on rat liver by performing magnetic resonance enhanced scan for rat liver using different injection doses of manganese hexacyanoferrate nanoparticles, and analyze the relationship between injection doses and the degree of enhancement in the rat liver. Methods Thirty-six healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, with 6 cases in each group. Different doses of manganese hexacyanoferrate nanoparticle were injected through the tail vein, and the doses were 20 μmol/kg, 25 μmol/kg, 30 μmol/kg, 50 μmol/kg, 80 μmol/kg and 150 μmol/kg body weight respectively. T1WI(TR=100 ms, TE=7.6 ms) sequence scanning was carried out before and after injection respectively. Single factor analysis of variance(ANOVA) was used to compare the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the liver after enhancement of different doses of the contrast agent manganese hexacyanoferrate nanoparticle. The two-two comparisons among the means were done by LSD method. Results After the doses of 20 μmol/kg, 25 μmol/kg, 30 μmol/kg and 50 μmol/kg body weight injection increased, the liver SNR increased in turn, and reached the peak at 50 μmol/kg. However, in the 80 μmol/kg and 150 μmol/kg groups, the liver SNR decreased. Conclusion The liver SNR reaches the highest level at the dose of 50 μmol/kg of manganese hexacyanoferrate nanoparticle which is the best injection dose for enhancement effect in rat liver.
