肠道菌群在失眠症发病机制中的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 失眠症与应激及情绪密切相关,是常见的睡眠障碍之一。失眠可导致宿主肠道菌群紊乱,而肠道菌群可通过肠-脑轴的免疫、神经内分泌和迷走神经等途径影响宿主的行为。肠道菌群可通过参与γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)能系统的调节,激活下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴,影响昼夜节律等导致失眠症的发生。该文对肠道菌群在失眠症的发生发展过程中参与的可能发病机制进行综述。

Research progress of gut microbiota in pathogenesis of insomnia disorder

Abstract:
[Abstract] Insomnia disorder is closely related to stress and mood, which is one of the common sleep disorders. Insomnia disorder can cause disorders of gut microbiota, and gut microbiota can affect the host behavior through the gut-brain axis immunity, neuroendocrine and vagus nerve pathways. Gut microbiota can cause insomnia disorder by participating in the regulation of the gamma-amino butyric acid(GABA) system, activating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, and affecting the circadian rhythm. This paper reviews the possible pathogenesis of gut microbiota in the occurrence and development of insomnia disorder.
