| ［摘要］ 肺纤维化是一种由于细胞外基质过度沉积从而导致肺结构破坏和瘢痕形成的间质性肺疾病。M2型巨噬细胞是一种先天免疫细胞，可以通过分泌多种促纤维化介质调节组织损伤修复，在肺纤维化发病中起着重要作用。该文对M2型巨噬细胞在肺纤维化中的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Pulmonary fibrosis is an interstitial lung disease in which excessive deposition of extracellular matrix leads to the destruction of lung structure and scar formation.M2 macrophages are a kind of innate immune cells, which can regulate tissue repair by secreting a variety of pro-fibrotic mediators and play an important role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis.This paper reviews the research progress in the effect of M2 macrophages on the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis. |
