| ［摘要］ 在All-on-4种植修复方案中，通过远端种植体的倾斜植入，可避免上颌窦提升或骨增量手术，近年来已广泛应用于牙列缺失修复治疗。随着All-on-4种植修复的广泛开展，远端倾斜种植体的应用引起了临床医师和学者的关注。该文就All-on-4种植修复中倾斜种植体的相关生物力学分析以及临床效果评价进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ In the All-on-4 treatment concept, maxillary sinus floor elevation or bone augmentation surgery can be avoided through the application of distal tilted implants. In recent years, it has been widely used in rehabilitation of edentulous patients. With the extensive development of the All-on-4 concept, the application of distal tilted implants has attracted the attention of clinicians and scholars. In this paper, biomechanical analysis and clinical effect evaluation of tilted implants in the All-on-4 concept is reviewed. |
