| ［摘要］ 放射性直肠炎（RP）是指盆腹腔、腹膜后恶性肿瘤经放射治疗后引起的直肠损伤，严重影响癌症患者的预后及生活质量。急性RP具有自限性，停止放疗后症状多可缓解，病情迁延严重的患者只占很小一部分。临床治疗多以对症治疗为主，该文主要就RP的内科治疗进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Radiation proctitis(RP) refers to rectal injury caused by radiotherapy of malignant tumors in the pelvic and abdominal cavity, and retroperitoneum, which seriously affects the disease prognosis and quality of life of cancer patients. Acute RP is self-limiting and the symptoms can be relieved after stopping radiotherapy. Only a small part of the patients have a severe and prolonged disease or condition. The clinical treatment of RP is mainly symptomatic treatment, so this paper mainly reviews the research progress in the medical therapy of RP. |
