| [摘要] 卵巢组织冻存与移植技术的有效性与安全性得到广泛验证,已成为临床常规技术。对于拟行造血干细胞移植(HSCT)的白血病患者,HSCT前的预处理可导致卵巢功能严重且不可逆损害,进而影响其生育潜力及卵巢内分泌功能,因此在该人群中进行卵巢组织冻存与移植具有重要的临床意义。然而,由于存在白血病细胞通过移植卵巢皮质回输的潜在风险,这一安全性问题制约其在白血病患者中广泛实施。该文系统综述卵巢组织冻存在白血病患者中的应用、白血病细胞经卵巢皮质移植回输的风险评估、冻存卵巢组织在白血病幸存者中的移植结局,以期为临床决策与实践提供参考。 |

| [Abstract] The effectiveness and safety of ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation(OTCT) have been widely verified and have become a routine clinical technique. For the leukemia patients scheduled for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT), their preconditioning regimens before HSCT can lead to severe and irreversible damage to the ovarian function, thereby affecting their reproductive potential and ovarian endocrine function. Therefore, OTCT in these leukemia patients has significant clinical significance. However, the potential risk of reintroducing leukemia cells in the patients through the transplanted ovarian cortical fragments remains a key safety concern limiting the widespread application of the technique in these leukemia patients. This paper systematically reviews the application of ovarian tissue cryopreservation(OTC) in leukemia patients, assesses the risk of reintroducing leukemia cells in the patients through the transplanted ovarian cortical fragments, and evaluates the transplantation outcomes of cryopreserved ovarian tissues in the leukemia survivors, with the aim of providing reference for clinical decision-making and practice. |
