| [摘要] 急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)是一种发病率、致残率和病死率均较高的严重血栓性疾病,发病机制复杂,血栓形成与无菌性炎症是核心病理过程。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)是由中性粒细胞活化后释放的纤维网状结构,不仅参与宿主病原体防御,而且还在血栓性疾病的病理过程中发挥关键作用。NETs可启动并放大血栓与炎症级联反应,诱发脑组织损伤,加重AIS进展及恶化。该文对NETs介导AIS病理生理与临床应用转化的研究进展作一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Acute ischemic stroke(AIS) is a severe thrombotic disease with high incidence, disability and mortality rates. Its pathogenesis is complex, and thrombosis and aseptic inflammation are the core pathological processes. Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs) are fibrous mesh-like structures released by activated neutrophils, which not only participate in host defense against pathogens but also play a crucial role in the pathological processes of thrombotic disease. NETs can initiate and amplify the thrombus-inflammation cascade, induce brain tissue damage, and aggravate the progression and deterioration of AIS. In this paper, the research progress in NETs-mediated AIS is reviewed. |
