| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨硬脊膜外自控性镇痛分娩的疗效。方法 将46例采用硬脊膜外自控性镇痛分娩的产妇和40例自然分娩的产妇的临床资料进行比较分析。结果 两组的生命体征、潜伏期时间与第二产程时间和新生儿Apgar评分比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)；观察组的活跃期时间要少于对照组(P<0.01)，镇痛效果优于对照组(P<0.01)，总有效率也高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 使用硬脊膜外自控性镇痛分娩可以有效改善产妇的分娩疼痛，其可以作为一种分娩镇痛方法加以推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze and discuss the treatment effect of epidural self-control analgesia in labor.Methods The clinical data between 46 puerperas treated with compared epidural self-control analgesia(observation group) and 40 puerperas treated with natural labor(control group) was compared.Results The vital sign,incubation,time of the second stage of labor and Apger between two groups were not different（P all>0.05）,however,the active phase of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.01), the analgesia effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.01). The analgesia total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The epidural self-control analgesia in labor can improve the labor pain of puerpera,it should be popularized as a labor analgesia treatment. |
