| ［摘要］ 目的 观察关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法 将2010-02～2012-06收治的112例胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规手术治疗，观察组在关节镜下微创手术治疗。结果 观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),优良率也高于对照组（P<0.05）；切口长度、术中出血量和愈合时间均少于对照组（P均<0.01）；而两组患者的手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 对于胫骨平台骨折患者采取关节镜下微创治疗具有损伤小、术后恢复快的优点，临床效果较好，值得在临床中推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods From February 2010 to June 2012, 112 patients with tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into two groups, control group’s patients received conventional surgical treatment, observation group’s patients received arthroscopic minimally invasive surgical treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05), the excellent-good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);Incision length, intraoperative amount of bleeding and healing time in the observation group were less than that in control group(P<0.01);And between two groups surgical time was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with tibial plateau fracture taking arthroscopic minimally invasive treatment has less injury, faster postoperative recovery,and better clinical effect, it is worth the clinical application. |
