| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨掌侧T形加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果。方法 应用掌侧入路T形加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折43例。结果 41例随访时间平均8.6（3.5～26）个月，所有骨折均获得骨性愈合，按Garland and Weley评分方法评定腕关节功能：优28例，良11例，可3例，差1例，优良率为90.7%。结论 应用掌侧T形加压钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折具有稳定内固定、骨折愈合率高、早期功能锻炼、防止骨质疏松等优点，适宜临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effects of volar fixation with T-shaped compression plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures.Methods Forty-three patients with unstable distal radius fractures were treated by volar fixation with T-shaped compression plate.Results Forty-one patients were followed up for 3.5 to 26 months(mean 8.6 months), and bone healing was achieved in all patients. According to the joint function rating scale of Garland and Weley, the excellent results were achieved in 28 patients,good in 11,fair in 3,poor in 1,the excellent and good rate was 90.7%.Conclusion Volar fixation with T-shaped compression plate in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures has the advantages of high healing rate, early functional exercise and preventing osteoporosis, and is suitable for clinical expansion application. |
