| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）分型与心率震荡（HRT）指标的关联性。方法 选择158例PCOS患者，其中肥胖型102例，非肥胖型56例。以同期健康体检者女性120名为对照组。所有受试者均进行24 h动态心电图检查，并进行比较分析。结果 与健康对照组比较，PCOS肥胖型及非肥胖型震荡初始（TO）升高，震荡斜率（TS）及RR间期标准差（SDNN）明显降低（P<0.05）。与非肥胖型PCOS组比较，肥胖型PCOS组TO明显升高，TS及SDNN明显降低（P<0.05）。结论 HRT对评价PCOS发生心血管并发症的风险有一定的意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the relationship between the types of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS) and the heart rate turbulence(HRT).Methods One hundred and twenty subjects were taken as controls and 158 patients with PCOS were investgated. The PCOS group was divided into two subgroups, with 102 patients in the obesity subgroup and 56 patients in the non-obesity subgroup. The Holter was done and turbulence onset(TO) and turbulence slope(TS) were observed and analyzed.Methods Compared with the control group, TO in the obesity subgroup and the non-obesity subgroup distinctly increased, while TS and SDNN obviously decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the non-obesity subgroup, TO in the obesity subgroup distinctly increased, while TS and SDNN obviously decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion HRT has a significance in evaluating the cardiovascular complications of PCOS. |
