| ［摘要］ 美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）2025年发布了《肿瘤患者生育力保存指南更新》。该指南系统整合了近10年来的高质量证据，为肿瘤患者的生育力保存提供了全面、分层且更具操作性的策略指导。该次更新不仅延续了2018年版指南对早期生育力干预的重视，更强调将生育力保存纳入肿瘤的全程管理。其核心特点在于优化了胚胎/卵母细胞冷冻、卵巢组织冷冻与移植等各类生育力保存方法的适用场景与决策路径，并着重强调多学科协作及个体化咨询。该文对该指南中关于女性生育力保存的更新要点进行深度解读，以期为我国临床实践提供参考。 |

| ［Abstract］ The American Society of Clinical Oncology(ASCO) released the Updated Guideline on Fertility Preservation in Tumor Patients in 2025. The guideline systematically integrates the high-quality evidence in the past 10 years and provides comprehensive, stratified and more operable strategic guidance for fertility preservation in tumor patients. The updated guideline not only continues the emphasis on early intervention for fertility in the 2018 edition but also highlights the integration of fertility preservation into the full-course management of tumors. The core features of the updated guideline lie in optimizing the clinical pathways and decision-making frameworks for the established fertility preservation methods such as embryo or oocyte cryopreservation, ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation, and it strongly advocates for multidisciplinary collaboration and individualized patient counseling. This paper provides an in-depth interpretation of the updated key points on female fertility preservation in the guideline, with the aim of offering a reference for clinical practice in China. |
