［摘要］　随着恶性肿瘤发病年轻化与生存率的显著提升，育龄妇科肿瘤患者的生育力保护与保存已成为生殖健康与肿瘤治疗交叉领域的重要课题。《妇科恶性肿瘤生育力保护与保存临床路径（2025年版）》的发布，为临床实践提供了系统化、规范化的指导。该文旨在对其中的“患者筛选路径”及“生育力保护及保存措施实施路径”两大部分进行解读，探讨宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌及卵巢恶性肿瘤三大病种患者的精准化筛选策略及其生育力保存个体化实施，以期提高规范化女性生育力保护与保存水平，为临床实践提供参考和指导。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　With the malignant tumor patients showing a trend of getting younger and their survival rate significantly increasing, the fertility protection and preservation for the reproductive-age patients with gynecological malignancies have become a vital issue in the interdisciplinary field of reproductive health and tumor treatment. The release of Clinical Pathway for Fertility Protection and Preservation in Gynecological Malignancies(2025 edition) provides systematic and standardized guidance for clinical practice. This paper aims to interpret the two major parts in the clinical pathway, the “pathway for screening patients” and the “pathway for implementing fertility protection and preservation”, and explores the precise screening strategies for patients with the three major diseases of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian malignancy, as well as the individualized measures for implementing fertility preservation. The goal is to enhance the standardization of female fertility protection and preservation and to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.
